All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

So, I purchased this with some skepticism. Surprisingly, the Product Key provided via email worked on Windows 7 Pro! I installed a new SSD and it came with Windows 7 Pro and it is now activated! I’m pleased with the $10 spent.
